Office 2010 Beta在微软的Office Beta网站上，提供了下载Office 2010 beta的链接，你也可以尝试使用Office Web在线应用程序。Office Web 应用程序是以网络应用为基础的Office办公套件，是Word，Excel和PowerPoint的免费在线服务，允许用户自由查看，创建和编辑，目前支持的浏览器有IE、Firefox和Safari。现在每个人都可以注册和使用免费的Office Web应用程序，不需要邀请。
从Office Beta网站可以看到有3个版本可以下载使用，分别是：
1.Office Home and Business 2010 （Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Office Web Apps）
2.Office Professional 2010（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access,Publisher and Office Web Apps）
3.Office Professional Plus 2010（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access,Publisher,Infopath,Communicator, SharePoint Workspace, and Office Web Apps.）
Office 2010目前支持的语言有英文、西班牙语、法语、德语、俄语、中文简体、日文。Office2010 beta版在2010年10月31号以后会过期。和其他的Microsoft程序一样，用户需要用有效的注册码激活，用户下载安装程序时注册码会显示在页面上。
