你曾经试图安装程序只得到一个错误信息，另外一个安装或卸载程序正在等待？
也许你看到未知错误在安装过程中？也许安装没有完成，现在你不能卸载或重新安装它？这时，你该如何处理这种情况？
Microsoft发布了一个工具，目的是使你的生活更轻松。这个351KB文件将帮助你清理所有这些问题。
你只要安装该应用程序。当你运行第一次会看到：
接着选择你要卸载的软件， 点击“Remove”会弹出警告窗口，确认以后点击“OK”。然后，一个DOS界面的窗口弹出，会使用命令行删除改程序的注册表项，同时会删除.dll等其他文件，看看截图吧：
记得我在重装office 2007时就使用了这个软件，效果不错，毕竟windows installer clean up utility是微软自家的软件。
